Key Responsibilities

  • Develop account plans to maximize revenue, account penetration and stickiness
  • Working in a collaborative manner with customers and company leadership, create programs to support the roll-out of Detechtion products within key customers
  • Provide advocacy for key customers within Detechtion to ensure product, services, inventory and other needs are being prioritized and addressed

Specific Responsibilities

  • Develop thorough knowledge of customer organizations, needs and plans
  • Foster relationships with key contacts representing field, corporate and IT sponsors
  • Create account plans addressing relationships, product roadmaps, services, support and plans
  • Create implementation/roll-out programs with customers which support and accelerate the deployment of hardware and software at key customers
  • Work with Detechtion executive staff to ensure required resources are well understood
  • Work with Detechtion’s finance team to establish appropriate inventory levels
  • Work with Detechtion’s product team and customer executive sponsors to foster dialogue and understanding of future needs and to share our development plans
  • Work with Detechtion’s services team to align services capacity with needs

  • 10+ years working experience
  • 5+ years of experience serving the oil & gas industry
  • 5+ years of experience working in software & technology companies
  • 5+ years of experience in professional services
  • Experience working with OEM/Channel customers
  • S. in Engineering or Science
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to travel 30% of the time (primarily in the US and Canada)
