The Mission:
The client, an E&P company, wanted to do away with its paper processes for data collection, and wanted more data visibility with fewer hours of data cleanup and reporting time.
Background:
One of the client's goals was to triple production as they grew through acquisitions, and so needed to make a strong compliance management system that could create a consistent standard across their whole operations frontline. The company replaced their paper-based compliance monitoring with EZ Ops in hopes to eliminate data gaps at the end of the month.
The Solution:
The EZ Ops compliance management software allowed field teams to have remote access with their tablet to a compliance calendar where all tasks would be prioritized and scheduled. Operations teams received automated task alerts without foremen needing to manage reminders and use their time instead to observe data submitted in daily overviews, analyzing trends, proactively spot emerging problems to initiate action before they escalated.
The Impact:
In its first year of implementation, EZ Ops software helped the company reduce in-office administrative time for operations teams, increased data visibility into compliance activity and improved accuracy and speed of compliance reporting.
