The customer sought a solution that would increase visibility to its assets and improve its callout response to the field.

 

Background: 

A compressor manufacturer and leasing company with operations in the Permian was using an internal SCADA platform for its fleet tracking. The client had very limited visibility on the run status of its compression assets and would often be notified by their customers after the unit had been down for 6-8 hours.

 

 

The Solution: 

Using Enbase, the client has the visibility and monitoring tools needed to receive live notification alerts on the run status of their compression assets and quickly dispatch its maintenance crews.

 

The Impact:

Upon receiving the notification of a failing asset, the client can dispatch call-outs within 1 hour to conduct maintenance; improving its customer relationships, increasing revenue, and decreasing its lease operating expenses (LOE).
