Detechtion Technologies, the world leader in compression optimization technologies and fleet management services, announced today that Mike Hill is joining the company as Senior Vice President of Sales. Mike will be joining our Houston office, and will be responsible for global sales efforts.
Prior to Detechtion, Mike held a number of executive positions at KBR, CygNet Software, and Invensys Process Systems (IPS). At KBR he was the Worldwide VP of Sales for the Technology Business Unit leading them to consecutive years of performance above plan. Before KBR, Mike worked with Chris Smith at CygNet Software as the VP of Sales, prior to the exit to Weatherford International in 2011. At IPS, Mike final role was leading the Asia-Pacific Sales force from the APAC headquarters in Singapore.
Mike brings over 20 Years of engineering and sales experience to the Detechtion leadership team. He holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. Asked about joining the company, Mike commented “I am excited to join the Detechtion team, and to bring my engineering and technical sales background to a growing company that has a leadership position in it’s business segment.”
